Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments made for the Mouj App are final and non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Partial usage

  • Unused subscription period

  • Coupon availability issues

  • Device or internet issues

  • User dissatisfaction

Once the subscription fee is charged, no refunds will be provided under any circumstance.


2. No Cancellation Policy

After a subscription is purchased:

  • It cannot be cancelled, and

  • The fee cannot be reversed.

However, users may disable auto-renewal at any time through:

Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not cancel or refund the current subscription period.


3. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Google Play Billing or RazorPay whichever is available at the time of subscription.
Mouj does not store or manage your payment details.
